Human nature makes men to grow ahead. We are now in 21 century because we like to know how other person use to live, how other person behave on same situation in different region. But this excitement also has some drawback which can not be neglected by some one.

As considering safety to first priority, every country has defined its rule so that anyone can visit to other country without violating rule for respective country. With union committee, all countries to have some common rule related to travel across the country. Some of them are passport and visa and some other travel documents. For crossing boundary, there is required to have at least passport along with some travel documents.

I just moved and teenage boy who lives next door is a slow learner. He wants to visit frequently, how can I discourage these visits with out being mean?
This boy seems to be unsupervised. His parents seem to let him wander and don’t care about what he is doing. It’s almost like they don’t know how to cope with his behavior.
